This roll forming machine is designed to produce trapezoidal roofing sheets with color coated steel sheet. Steel coils go under unwinding, infeeding and guiding, roll forming, cutting and finally come out required roofing sheets. Using PLC automatic control system, whole line is fully automatic with easy operation.

Machine Features

• Redundant Material Slitting And Recoiling Device

This device is equipped at the first stations of roll forming rollers. When coil width is more than feeding width, spare material will be cut by side slitter and then be recoiled on the recoiling shaft to ensure the perfect roll forming of the desired products.

• Auto Stacker

Finished products after cutting are transferred to auto stacker, this device makes the roofing sheets stack orderly and when stacking to a certain quantity, it transfer the roofing sheets to packing.

• Safety Protective Mesh

We equip protective mesh on two sides of main roll forming machine to protect the safety of both people and machine. Cutting device is painted yellow to warning.
